Terms, Refund and Delivery Policy

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. No physical shipment is provided.

Delivery

After payment confirmation, download access is shown on the order confirmation page. Customers must provide a valid email address and WhatsApp number for order support.

Product access

Download links are intended only for the purchaser. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or publishing purchased files is prohibited unless the product licence explicitly permits it.

Refunds

Because digital files are delivered immediately, completed downloads are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered when a file is materially defective, unavailable, or significantly different from its description.

Payments

Payments are processed by the configured third-party payment provider. An order is treated as complete only after the provider confirms successful payment.
